Spoiled Wear Shipping Policy

At Spoiled, we know how important it is for your little ones to receive their toys quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may be impacted by customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your chosen shipping method, order weight, and destination.

  • You'll see the full shipping cost at checkout, before completing your purchase.


4. International Shipping

We’re proud to ship to customers around the globe!

  • Delivery times and costs vary by country.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees—these are the responsibility of the recipient.


5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • You can track your package through our website or via the carrier’s tracking portal.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to address errors.

  • Need to update your address? Contact us immediately at spoiledwear.store@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@spoiled.com.
We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue, and if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items may have restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations. Any applicable limitations will be listed on the product page.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or specific remote regions.
